We do not store your customer data outside your systems unless you ask us to.

7. Ownership

All materials you provide remain yours.
All materials we create for you as part of a paid project become yours upon full payment unless stated otherwise.

GrowthStack retains ownership of internal frameworks, templates, processes, and know-how.

8. Warranties and Limitations

Services are provided on an as is basis.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or business results.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, outages, or problems outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthStack is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel ongoing services according to your agreement.
One-time setup fees are not refundable once work has started.

We may end a project or subscription if payment is overdue or if misuse occurs.
